Upskill indviduals and teams.
Zuas provides training and skills development workshops that span the range of activities needed to ‘land’ strong science, technology and insight in the world – from idea exploration and building, through product and service development, to commercialisation and knowledge exchange.
Participants acquire the skills to develop product, service and business offerings, and build the self-confidence to successfully engage with commercial businesses, public sector organisations and NGOs.
Training is provided in partnership with Business Development and Knowledge Exchange / Knowledge Transfer teams, and so builds positive relationships between participants and the key individuals who will work with them to drive their work to fruition.
Our training programmes also increase the pool of academics and researchers who have the desire, skillset and confidence to translate their research and make an impact – and means that more and stronger opportunities will emerge from future research.
Why Zuas?
The Zuas team bring approaches, tools and conceptual models from design, business, marketing and entrepreneurship, and a wealth of innovation experience across different sectors and industries.
We believe in ‘learning by doing’ and encourage participants to work on a real opportunity (even if it is only an early idea). Our workshops are interactive, high-energy, and fun.
