I am a Design and innovation consultant and always focus on the human side to innovation. I trained as an Industrial and User Experience designer – to describe and understand user journeys & customer experiences, develop and test ideas & concepts and create products for mass manufacture. I have worked with leading companies and brands, and the consumer and technology products that I have designed can be found in homes and businesses right across the world.
As part of the Zuas team, I help researchers and founders build their understanding of how to translate their science and technology into products, services and experiences that people want and need.
